The policy has been made to ensure that all wishNdeal Customers, Dealers, Distributors get the best warranty support and have a crystal clear idea about warranty, there by feels privileged and proud of owning a wishNdeal product.
- If any product is dead on arrival means not working when customer received it then company will change the product with another product, but in case company does not have the same product then company will give higher product or refund the money to the customer, by the manufactured company of the product.
- All warranty are on “used period concept” i.e. if warranty is one year and product has complaint after 6 month and company have to refund by anyway then company will pay half of the amount only.
- If customer receives damaged or defective material the warranty is directly take over by wishNdeal.
- User shall be entitled to cancel an order of any Product, booked on the Website, by placing a "Cancel Order" request.
- If customer request to cancel the order or there’s a mistake from customer's side while ordering and customer asks for refund then as per our policy full amount will be refunded to the customer,
Or in case the customer’s Order is Shipped from our side and then if they ask for cancellation then as per refund policy one-sided shipping charges will be deducted from customer’s side.
- If wishNdeal online store wouldn’t be able to Dispatch the product within 7 workingdays and in case customer asks for refund, wishNdeal will provide full amount of Refund.
- The User should ensure that he/she does not accept the delivery of any Product whose original packaging is damaged or tampered in any manner, or we can suggest you to make a SHORT VIDEO while opening parcel for any further disputes.
- We will accept the return of the products, which are wrongly delivered, wrong product received, incomplete packages etc. or we can suggest you to make a SHORT VIDEO while opening parcel for any further disputes.
- If customer is not happy and he/she want to return the product then one-sided courier charges will be paid by the customer. We’ll refund the courier charges as per discussion with the customer.
- Refund will be 100% in case of customer doesn’t want a suitable and available replacement of a product.
- We will process the refund instantly after taking approval of the returned product.
- If the delivery address is outside the service area, 100% refund will be provided.
- Refund draft will be issued on the billing name as advised by customers.
- If your refund doesn't appear in Your Account, then we’ll require your Bank Statement for further investigation.
